We offer two tracked shipping options:

FREE Standard Tracked Shipping is available on orders of $59.90 or more.

The shipping options and final charges applicable to your order are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates are based on normal shipping conditions. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or transportation delays.

We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.

If we cannot ship your order within the applicable promised shipment period, we will notify you and provide the required opportunity to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel the order for a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible purchases.

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving their order, including for change-of-mind returns.

To qualify for a standard return, products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Return shipping costs

For voluntary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, Science Gadgets will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is necessary.

Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund processing

For eligible returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 calendar days of receiving the returned item.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
