How do I track my order?

If you selected a shipping option that includes tracking, we’ll send you an email with a link to track your order.

Will my shipping costs be refunded?

We generally refund the amount you paid for your order, but return shipping costs are not included in the refund.

An item is missing from my order, what should I do?

To speed up delivery, we may ship your items in multiple packages, as we operate warehouses in different parts of the country. Please check your email to see if some of your items will arrive separately. If an item is still missing, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the name and item number of the missing product. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

I canceled my order. When will I get my refund?

If you canceled your order, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. If you haven’t received it after 7 business days, please reach out to our customer service team so we can look into it further.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the name and item number of the incorrect item. Our team will work to resolve the issue right away.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

You have 12 hours from the time your order confirmation email is sent to make changes. After that window, neither you nor our customer service team will be able to modify the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Delivery timeframe

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing and shipping. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days. 📦 We ship anywhere.
