1. General All purchases made on Science-Gadgets.com are subject to this Return & Refund Policy. We encourage customers to review it carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
2. Return Policy – Standard Items You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on standard items.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must:
- be new, unused, and undamaged,
- be returned in its original packaging,
- include all accompanying accessories, if any.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Personalized or Custom-Made Items Items that have been personalized or custom-made are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Because these products are manufactured specifically for the customer, all sales are considered final.

- Confirm that the item meets the return eligibility requirements.
- Pack the product carefully to prevent any damage during transit.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
5. High-Value Items For any return involving an item valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and, if possible, purchasing shipping insurance.
Science-Gadgets.com is not responsible for:
- lost packages,
- damaged packages,
- or returns that are not received and lack proof of shipment.
6. Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method used at checkout.
We reserve the right to delay the refund until the returned product has been received and verified.
7. Promotional Gifts Free gifts offered as part of a promotion tied to a minimum purchase amount (e.g., “free gift with $70 or $100 purchase”) are only granted when the conditions of the offer are met.
If a partial or full refund brings the order total below the required threshold:
- the customer must return the promotional gift, or
- agree to have the retail value of the gift deducted from the refund amount.
The gift’s value is based on its listed price on the website at the time of the order.
8. Exceptions & Return Refusals We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy. In such cases, the customer will be notified by our customer service team, and the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
